It takes a village

Or at least, half a branch! I am literally learning all of this information as I go along! Today, I had the ultimate humiliation of having my picture taken, and then I was shown by Shelley how to download the picture onto the desktop. Then the picture was sent to me, and Jessica showed me how to put it on my blog! I am SO grateful to the wonderful people I work with for their patience and good humor!

Blogging 101

Today I again looked at RSS feeds, and signed up for some. It is fascinating to me how many feeds there are; I had trouble choosing!

Flickr

Yesterday, I heard about Flickr for the first time. I am intrigued, and want to find out more about how to use it.
Also, I am working on creating time for me to do the 23 Things. I can see that the voyage through working on these will be an interesting one!

Susan's Voyage

Hello!
This is the first time I have blogged! I am calling this a "voyage" because I am embarking on a great adventure into the world of the internet.
When I was 40, I entered Library School, and felt uneasy about doing so because I had scant knowledge of computers. Here I am 13 years later, and still feel uneasy! Hopefully others out there will "throw me a line" if things get too tough!
